These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and aajili ("aajili," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://aajili.bio. These Terms govern your access to and use of the aajili platform, including all games, betting services, bonuses, and related services offered therein. By completing registration, making a deposit, or accessing any portion of the aajili platform that requires a logged-in account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.1 By registering an account on the aajili Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current version, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using any real-money service on the aajili Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
2.3 These Terms are provided in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail.
2.4 aajili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive from PAGCOR or by Philippine law.
Minimum Age: 21 Years. Under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling licenses in the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in any real-money gaming activity is twenty-one (21) years. This requirement is strictly and non-negotiably enforced by aajili.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the aajili Platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. aajili makes no representation as to the legality of access from outside the Philippines.
3.3 Age verification is mandatory. aajili reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold funds pending completion of KYC if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings generated by an account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited without exception.
4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) aajili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 aajili is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA, Republic Act No. 9160 as amended) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all account holders. You agree to promptly submit the following documents when requested:
4.4 Real-money deposits and withdrawals are restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. aajili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if KYC documentation remains outstanding or requires further review.
4.5 You must notify aajili promptly if any of your registered details change by updating them in your account profile or by contacting customer support.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aajili account login credentials (username and password). You must not share, disclose, or allow any third party to access your account.
5.2 aajili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You acknowledge that all transactions and activity conducted through your account while properly authenticated are deemed to have been conducted by you.
5.3 You must notify aajili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting customer support. aajili accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 aajili will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the secure aajili Login page at aajili.bio/aajili-login.
6.1 Deposits to your aajili account may be made using the payment methods listed on the Platform's Deposit page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso ₱100 (one hundred pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
6.2 All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency or cryptocurrency (USDT) will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, as determined by aajili's treasury operations.
6.3 All funds deposited to aajili must originate from payment accounts (GCash wallets, bank accounts, mobile numbers) that are registered in your own legal name and correspond to the identity established through your KYC documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
Third-Party Deposits Prohibited. Depositing funds using another person's GCash account, bank account, or payment instrument — including family members' accounts — is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a money laundering offence under Philippine law. Suspicious deposits will be held pending investigation and reported to PAGCOR and/or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
6.4 aajili is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, network outages, or GCash/Maya system downtime. Players experiencing persistent deposit issues should contact aajili customer support with the relevant transaction reference number.
6.5 Deposited funds held in your aajili account are not interest-bearing. aajili is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Your account balance does not constitute a deposit for purposes of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your aajili account, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred pesos). There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though aajili reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches or to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000 per transaction.
7.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's availability. If the original deposit method is unavailable, aajili will process the withdrawal to a verified account in your legal name.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to payment processor schedules: GCash and Maya typically process within 5 minutes for verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically process within 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours; USDT withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes.
7.5 aajili reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source of funds documentation, as required under AMLA compliance obligations. Processing of affected withdrawals will be suspended for the duration of such review.
8.1 aajili may offer promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer and are binding on the Player who opts in.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion terms at the point of offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
8.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The game-specific contribution rates are listed in the Promotions section of your aajili account. Live baccarat and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games. Crash Goal and Teen Patti contribution rates are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
8.4 aajili reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR promotional guidelines. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including abuse of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.
Bonus Abuse. The use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. aajili uses automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns, and affected accounts will be subject to suspension and forfeiture.
8.5 aajili reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any Player or group of Players at its sole discretion, including on the basis of prior bonus abuse history.
9.1 All games available on the aajili Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness and randomness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Certification details are available on the About Us page.
9.2 The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and are binding. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result and the displayed rules, the game server log is the definitive record. aajili reserves the right to void bets or game results affected by technical errors, software faults, or obvious errors in odds or payouts.
9.3 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in each game's information panel. aajili does not modify the RTP settings of games provided by licensed game providers.
9.4 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette spins) conducted in professionally staffed studio environments and are captured by video for verification purposes. Live casino game histories are logged and retained for regulatory review.
9.5 aajili does not guarantee winnings. All gambling activities involve a risk of financial loss. The theoretical house edge for each game is inherent to its design and disclosed in the game rules.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aajili Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
11.1 All content on the aajili Platform — including but not limited to the aajili brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and text — is the intellectual property of aajili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any content on the Platform.
11.3 Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of aajili is strictly prohibited.
Important. This section contains significant limitations on aajili's liability to you. Please read it carefully before using the Platform.
12.1 The aajili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While aajili makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform's availability, continuity, and reliability, aajili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aajili's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the total value of real-money deposits made by you to your aajili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱50,000.
12.3 aajili shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) gambling losses resulting from your decisions; (c) third-party payment processing delays or failures; (d) losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or (e) losses caused by events outside aajili's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, government action, or natural disasters.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits aajili's liability for death or personal injury caused by aajili's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13.1 aajili recognises the importance of protecting vulnerable Players and preventing problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders free of charge:
13.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications and will be excluded from all aajili marketing activities.
13.3 aajili cooperates with PAGCOR's national problem gambling self-exclusion registry. Players enrolled in the PAGCOR registry are not permitted to hold active aajili accounts.
13.4 aajili staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may, at their discretion and without prior notice, apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe a Player is experiencing gambling harm.
14.1 aajili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
14.2 Upon closure of a Player's account for cause, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, the real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
14.3 A Player may voluntarily close their aajili account at any time by submitting a written request to aajili's customer support team. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be transferred to the Player's registered GCash or bank account following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
15.1 aajili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, aajili will provide notice to affected Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the aajili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 14.
15.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the aajili website at https://aajili.bio/terms-conditions. We recommend that Players review the Terms periodically.
16.1 These Terms and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 For disputes regarding game outcomes, payments, or account decisions, Players are first required to submit a formal complaint to aajili's customer support team. aajili will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through aajili's internal complaint process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. aajili cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigation and mediation processes.
16.4 Subject to Section 16.3, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
